An awesome exercise to fire up your sleepy butt & it can be done at home, while playing with your kids (they are great resistance) or at the gym. 🍑 I really love adding these into postpartum exercise plans because they are a great way to work on lifting your pelvic floor with your exhale (on exertion) as you work your glutes #winwin. As you lift up your hips towards the ceiling, exhale your breath and simultaneously draw your pelvic floor up towards your head (but with gravity it makes it a bit easier). 🍑 There are so many ways you can make this simple move more challenging, but very few to make it less awkward in a crowded gym. #iswhatitis 🍑 Are you a fan of the glute bridge? comment below with your favorite variation.
