Froggies - Awkward but Amazing
Another glute exercise that I prefer to do in the comfort of my home! Frog Pumps⠀ They are awkward as heck in a busy gym, but they are amazing at getting glute activation. ⠀ Similar to a glute bridge, you slide your feet together & let your knees drop out to the side. From here you raise your hips up towards the ceiling in an awkward air hump. Watch that you are not arching your back to get your butt higher off the ground, or that you are not thrusting your ribs out (which come along with the back arch most of the time). ⠀ A few sets of these and you should be feeling your glutes!
