Instagram, Facebook and other social media can have us believing that many moms out there are crushing this Ideal Balanced Life.
The truth is, what is balance for one mom may not work for another.
One mom may want to spend an hour of her day making fun little shapes for her kids lunches and would not even think about taking that hour to workout. Whereas another mom may need that hour workout for her mental health and sanity, but the Pinterest crafting drives her crazy.
We don't find perfect balance in life.
We must create a balance or better yet, a Harmony for what works best for us in our lives, in this moment, for our goals.
Everyone will have different goals, different circumstances and different baggage from their past. We must dig down into our own soul and ask what would make me happy right now? What will get me closer to my goals? How can I make this work with the other elements going on in my life right now.
